Wait... What is that?
This my friends is a battle of ounces!
So if you own a bar, or a restaurant, run a festival, or music venue,
you need to look at how we can save you money!
B.S.T. aka, Beer Saver Taps are a simple, cost effective way to save money on "draft" or draught beer by pouring a perfect beer every time. Anyone can pour a perfect beer. With placements in over 50 bars and restaurants as well as countless festivals in as many as 7 states, we know it works. By Placing our Tap Extensions on your faucets, you immediately reduce beer foam by filling from below the fluid line. Savings of of over 20% annually and in some cases more. With people talking about numbers like this: "We saw a margin increase of 23% directly due to waste reduction", "We will use these every time" Debbie Branscom- Festival Facility and Site Manager for Bunbury Music Festival, we are confident they work, and they work well. Now granted they sold somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 thousand beers in three days so the savings were immediate but how many do you sell a year at your bar or restaurant? And what can you do with an extra 20 plus percent back in your pocket?
These tap extensions reduce "aeration", reducing turbulence, reducing waste of beer and can even saving time. Neighborhood pubs, chain restaurants, churches, and festivals could all be more profitable if they were using Beer Saver Taps, its just that simple. Slide the tap extension right on to any standard draught faucet, take the end to the bottom of the glass or cup, without "pinching" at the bottom, open the faucet wide, fill, close, drop. A great pour every time. And yes, without even tilting the glass. The extensions are made from the same materials that are delivering beer to the faucets so they are 100% food grade safe. With proper care they will outlast any product on the market today. And if they are not working, the are diagnosing another issue, be it pressure or temp, both contributors to foaming.
Who We Are
My name is Benjamin Haggerty, and I have decades of experience as a bar tender as well as an owner. Being an owner helped me understand that I needed to find ways to reduce costs and improve the bottom line. Concerns about our draught system were an easy place to start. We needed to reduce foam, and waste from over pour. While tweaking my own pub's system to ensure we did not have any other issues, such as temperature, and or pressure we began experimenting with different options. I did look at was on the market, and knew immediately those options were far out of reach for a small business like mine. Above and beyond huge equipment outlays they either had on going commitments, cups, and often contracts as well. And if the front side costs were not enough, the annual fees and maintenance, and specialized "cups", only made it even less cost effective. So we came up with our own methodology. Not only for us, but to help folks like us, small business owners compete in an already tough enough market place. Big or small, Sports Stadium or neighborhood bar, really anyone who wants better margins, Beer Saver Taps is for you. And training staff on these is as easy as pulling the handle, and closing the handle.... it really is just that simple. I like beer, I can't lie about that, and wasting it by over pour, and or system issues is not only damn near sacrilegious, it is a waste of money.
Why It Works
By filling the glass or cup from below the fluid line B.S.T. reduces turbulence, and aeration which reduces foam. This process can even speed serving since there is zero wasted time pouring off beer, and or letting a glass "settle" trying to get the perfect pour. And anyone who own's a busy bar like I do, we don't want to keep our customers waiting.
Diagnostic Tool
B.S.T. can even help diagnose issues with a draught system because if these are not working, there is something else wrong. The two most common issues are temperature or pressure. Temperature concerns arise if the beer temp rises above 42-43 degree's Fahrenheit, under pressure, it will foam right up. And pressure settings on the push of the beer through the line to the tap can cause foam as well. 18 pounds is a universal pressure spot for most draught folks so that you know. If your using B.S.T. and it is not working well, you need to check your system right away. And also be sure to get your lines cleaned at least once a month by a professional service, especially in the age of rich and big craft beers. "Growler Programs"
Some bars and especially the newer brew pubs have "growler" programs where folks can take home some of there favorite brews in big resealable jugs. Of course if you have ever tried to fill one of the classic growlers you may have found what we have, which is growlers are pretty hard to fill without having pour off. This can be avoided by ordering a custom length and the same premise will apply as it does in any glass or cup. Call today and find out how we can help you save beer and money 1-513-257-5256
Our Competitors
Yes Beer saver tap's are indeed have a few competitors out in the market today, we know, and we are happy about that because there is one major difference, costs. Quite frankly it is cost where we blow our competitors off the line. We are often as much as a one tenth the cost of our competitors pricing. Not just initial equipment or install costs but in ongoing maintenance and materials costs again like specialized cups which are often as high 40 cents a cup. We have all seen video's of the mysterious cups filling up from below, and if you have looked in to them further you know there are expensive leases, and those specialized cups cutting directly in to your profit margin each every day, and each and every pour.
